Microneedling Rf

We may not be able to completely avoid the aging process, but we can age gracefully. Advances in technology are making this concept much easier. One of the modalities we use to correct signs of aging is Morpheus 8.

How Morpheus 8 Works

Morpheus 8 combines two powerful techniques, microneedling and radiofrequency with heat, to regenerate the skin from the inside out. Microneedling is a popular treatment that creates hundreds of micro-injuries in the epidermis. The presence of these punctures forces a healing response that floods the treatment area with collagen and elastin, the two chemicals involved in supporting firmness and elasticity in the skin.

In addition to stimulating a healing cascade in dermal tissue with microneedling, this device sends radiofrequency energy through the needles into superficial tissue. Morpheus 8 penetrates more deeply into the skin than any other microneedling device, 4mm with microneedles alone, and another millimeter through radiofrequency absorption. This allows energy to reach beneath the dermis and connective tissue into the layer of fat that deteriorates with age. Treated with radiofrequency and microneedles, this tissue can be molded to younger-looking contours.

Morpheus 8 has been featured on television and popular publications including Dr. Oz, The Doctors, Channel 5 News, Channel 8 News, New Beauty, Shape, InStyle, and more.

The Benefits of Morpheus 8

Clients treated with Morpheus 8 can expect to notice multiple improvements in the appearance of their skin. Due to the controlled heating of existing collagen and connective tissue, Morpheus 8 can result in tighter skin, more firmness, and a sharper jawline. Similarly, the tissue in the mid-face contracts and appears smoother and tighter. Because collagen production increases substantially in response to treatment, skin tone and texture can also be expected to improve.

Morpheus 8 is has been proven to improve:

  • Skin tone and softness
  • Fine lines and wrinkle
  • Acne scars
  • Stretch marks
  • And more!

Morpheus 8 treatment is convenient, comfortable, and versatile. The flexible handpiece allows us to treat a variety of areas on the face and body, including those where stretch marks or scars have formed.

Does Morpheus 8 Treatment Hurt?

It is important to us that our patients have the best possible experience with any treatment they choose. Most people describe Morpheus 8 treatment as very comfortable. We facilitate this by applying a topical anesthetic to the skin prior to treatment to reduce sensation in the nerve endings. During treatment, clients may feel a mild warming sensation as energy is absorbed. In some areas, the passage of microneedles over the skin may be felt slightly.
