Dr. J Emery
Jerrel Emery, M.D. has deep roots in San Diego's East County, having grown up in Temecula, CA. After completing his medical degree at Loma Linda University Medical School, Dr. Emery continued his education with an internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph's Hospital in Houston, Texas. Following his training, he returned to California and became a valued member of the Grossmont OBGYN Medical Group. However, Dr. Emery later shifted his focus to the field of aesthetic medicine, serving as the Medical Director for American Laser Skincare's 10 California locations. He personally treated patients with popular injectables such as Botox and soft tissue fillers. In 2015, Dr. Emery founded Dr. J's Elegant Reflections Med Spa, which continues to provide clients with top-quality aesthetic treatments.

Tianna is a dedicated professional with a passion for empowering women to look and feel their best. With years of experience in anti-aging technology and a focus on building healthy lifestyles, she works closely with clients to bring out their unique beauty. As an assistant to Dr. Emery at Dr. J's Elegant Reflections Med Spa, Tianna creates individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific needs. She is highly skilled in a range of aesthetic treatments, from fractional laser skin tightening to cosmetic injections, and takes pride in providing her clients with the personal attention and care they deserve. Tianna also has extensive experience in addressing concerns such as hormonal imbalance, sun damage, and sexual rejuvenation.
Shawna is an experienced and highly skilled professional who serves as the Temecula manager and right-hand person at Dr. J's Elegant Reflections Med Spa. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse with over 10 years of experience, she is certified and trained in a range of treatment protocols, including skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, vaginal rejuvenation, platelet-rich plasma, and bio-identical replacement. Shawna's expertise in facial anatomy and cosmetic injections makes her an invaluable asset to the med spa team, allowing her to provide patients with personalized anti-aging treatments that meet their unique needs. She takes pride in seeing her clients achieve positive transformations both inside and out.

Dr. J’s daughter, Courtney, is one of the first lovely faces you will see when you walk into our Temecula office. Warm and friendly, she enjoys helping patients with all their day to day questions and concerns, while booking their appointments to ensure all of their expectations have been met when they come into Dr. J's Medspa. Courtney is known for her amazing customer service and natural ability to connect with others, she takes the time to get to know you and your personal concerns. Courtney enjoys camping, off roading, and fishing with her six year old son Luka here locally in the Murrieta area.
Throughout Ericas career as a Registered Nurse, she has expanded her skill set on many different levels, with special focus in Medical Aesthetics. She has extensive knowledge, passion and experience working with an array of cosmetic injectables, including dermal fillers, and Botox. She is also proficient with platelet rich plasma, Vampire facials, laser hair removal, laser vein treatment, vaginal rejuvenation, and a variety of skin resurfacing treatments. She makes it a point to stay up to date with continued education and training in the latest aesthetic treatments.
Dr J’s Temecula lead nurse, Tatiana, graduated from Grand Canyon university in April of 2020. As a trained registered nurse with her BSN, Tatiana started nursing in the cardiac PCU in the hospital that quickly turned into a Covid unit. After a year in a half of working in the hospital she met and trained Dr. J’s daughter which lead her to find her home in aesthetics at Dr. J’s medspa!
